ArtFest Fort Myers invites all visual artists to participate in a Mock Jury experience designed to help you better understand what jurors are looking for and how to present your work effectively.
What to Expect
In this no-cost evaluation, artists will have their submissions reviewed by experienced jurors - professionals who regularly evaluate applications for major art festivals and exhibitions. You'll receive:
- Constructive, expert feedback on your images, booth shots, and presentation
- Insight into the jury scoring process
- Actionable advice to improve your chances of being accepted into juried shows
- A behind-the-scenes look at how your work is perceived in a jury setting
Open to All Artists -No Strings Attached
You do not need to be an ArtFest Fort Myers applicant to participate.
Whether you’re new to the juried show circuit or looking to refine your current submission, this is your chance to gain invaluable perspective and take your application to the next level
Submission Requirements
- Three (3) Individual images of your pieces
- One (1) image of your booth
- Each image should be 1920x1920 px
- All submissions will be anonymous during the live jury process.
- 2-4 minutes of discussions will be allotted per submission
- There will be time at the end for Q&A submissions.
MEET THE JURORS
Sharon founded ArtFest Fort Myers in 2000 and served as the art festival’s Executive Director for 22 years before retiring in 2022 with a brief return for the 25th anniversary festival in 2025.
Still active with ArtFest Fort Myers, as the Chair of the Board of Directors, her passion remains the advancement & success of all artists.
Having conducted dozens of Jury Sessions and Mock Juries (projected & digital) and reviewed & offered feedback on 1,000s of artist’s applications - this remains one of Sharon’s favorite artist interactions. 2nd only to talking with artists at art festivals.
Throughout Bonnie’s art career her passion has always been supporting the development and success of all artists.
Bonnie’s art career includes being a nationally recognized jeweler participating in 100+ art festivals; creator & multi-year co-director of the Garage Sale Art Fair in Grand Rapids, MI; high-demand Juror for art festivals throughout the country reviewing 40,000+ artist images; active member of the The Guild of Artists & Artisans; and on-going contributor to online artist forums & blogs.
Carolyn is passionate about working with artists and creative entrepreneurs on personalized strategies and career planning.
Beginning her art career in 1981 included exhibiting at hundreds of art fairs and festivals along with galleries, online.
Artsy Shark is now Carolyn’s passion offering diverse services to artists. Since 2010 Carolyn has reviewed 1000s of artists images as a juror, publisher and consultant.

Those that register to be juried will receive an invitation to watch the event live on zoom on August 21, 2025 at 2 pm. Invitations will be sent once we reach max applicants.

2026 Food Vendor

Downtown Fort Myers is the only place to be on February 7 & 8 when ArtFest Fort Myers 26th annual juried fine art festival brings the waterfront to life.
Festival hours -
- Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Over 90,000 full time residents and visitors alike fill the riverfront to enjoy the works of 200+ fine artists, continuous background music and savory food. The palm-lined boulevard, riverfront park, and yacht basin make the perfect backdrop for this juried fine art festival. With the addition of Luminary Hotel & Co. Downtown, Fort Myers is the place to be over ArtFest weekend!
WATERFRONT DINING
The choice of a diverse, but limited number of food vendors adds interest for patrons and stronger sales for all food vendors.
Food Vendor selection is based on:
ArtFest Fort Myers will select food & snack vendors for a variety of dining locations throughout our site. These locations feature tables, chairs, and umbrellas for patrons to enjoy their meal in shaded comfort.
- Menu items that compliment, rather than compete, with each other
- Aroma and visual appeal of food
- Booth that compliments a fine art show
Beverages are sold ONLY by the festival and are a major source of our revenue. The Festival sells soft drinks, water, lemonade, beer, and wine throughout the festival site.
VENDOR FRIENDLY
For vendor convenience:
- Parking is provided for vendor support vehicles.
- Easy access set-up for vendors begins approximately 10am on Friday, February 6
- Water is provided for vendors to hook into with their own hoses.
- Electric is available with advance approval.
REQUIREMENTS
Tent Size:
- Cart* ($540 + 6.5% Tax + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
- 10 FT Frontage ($775 + 6.5% Tax + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
- 14 FT Frontage ($1,130 + 6.5% Tax + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
- 20 FT Frontage ($1,400 + 6.5% Tax + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
- 30 FT Frontage ($2,325 + 6.5% Tax + $100 Cleaning Deposit)
Application & Acceptance: Deadline to apply December 19, 2025
Complete the Registration Form and attach the following items:
- Menu Items
- A photo and dimensions of vendor booth
- Certificate of Insurance (see below for requirements)
*You will be allowed to sell only the items agreed upon with ArtFest Fort Myers
Notification of Acceptance will be given to food vendors upon receipt of your application, Entry Fee, and Certificate of Insurance. Full Entry Fee payment is due January 2, 2026. Any late payments will result in forfeit of space.

Open to all professional 2D artists, with the understanding that if selected they will exhibit at ArtFest Fort Myers 2022 with appropriate tent, display and inventory.
There is NO FEE to submit artwork and an artist may submit up to three entries.
