ArtFest Fort Myers is only possible with our volunteers' incredible dedication and support. Our friendly and enthusiastic weekend volunteers play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our guests and attendees.
As a volunteer, you can greet and assist guests, support our talented artists, and contribute behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, is essential to the success of our festival.

Festival Weekend Information for Volunteers
Please watch the training videos for your assigned area to prepare for the festival weekend. These videos will be posted here in January.
We greatly appreciate your presence and request that you arrive promptly 20 minutes before your scheduled shift times.
Volunteer Headquarters can be found at the Caloosa Sound Convention Center. The entrance for volunteers is located on the east side of the convention center, nearest to the Luminary Hotel on Edwards Drive. Look for the eye-catching red and yellow Welcome Flags and Volunteer Entrance signs.
Volunteer Priorities
At ArtFest Fort Myers, having fun is an integral part of volunteering. Safety is always our top priority, so we kindly ask that alcoholic beverages not be consumed while volunteering. Patience is also essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
What to Wear
Be sure to wear your free volunteer T-shirt, which will be provided during check-in. Dress comfortably for outdoor activities and pay attention to the weather forecast. If rain is predicted, we still need you, so consider bringing rain gear. Remember to apply sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are a must since our festival site spans one mile, and you'll be on your feet.
Purses?
We recommend leaving your purse at home and opting for a fanny pack or alternative. Unfortunately, we don't have a secure place to store your valuables.
Parking
Reserved Volunteer Parking is available for you, and a convenient free trolley service will transport you to the Volunteer Check-In entrance. Volunteer Parking is at the Jury Parking Lot, across from the Fort Myers Police Building. Just follow the prominent green signs. Use the address: 2210 Widman Way, Fort Myers, FL 33901, for GPS navigation.
