Downtown Fort Myers comes alive February 5–7, 2027, as ArtFest Fort Myers celebrates its 27th annual juried fine art festival along the beautiful waterfront.
Each year, more than 90,000 residents and visitors gather to enjoy 200+ fine artists, live background music, waterfront views, and a curated selection of food vendors.

Food Vendor Opportunities
ArtFest Fort Myers selects a limited number of food and snack vendors to create a diverse and high-quality dining experience for festival guests. Vendors are chosen based on menu variety, visual appeal, aroma, and a booth presentation that complements a fine art festival.
Food vendors are placed throughout the festival site, including dining gallery and waterfront dining areas with tables, chairs, and umbrellas for guest comfort.
Important Vendor Information
Food vendors are not permitted to sell beverages of any kind unless specifically contracted for that product. Beverages are sold by the festival and are a major source of festival revenue.
Water is provided for vendors to connect using their own hoses. Electricity may be available with advance approval. Vendor support vehicle parking is provided, and easy-access setup begins approximately 10:00 AM on Friday, February 5.
Application Deadline
Applications are due November 30, 2026.
A complete application must include:
Completed and signed application form
Menu items
Photo and dimensions of vendor booth
Acknowledgment of Certificate of Insurance
Tent & Space Options
Cart: $540 + 6.5% tax + $100 cleanup deposit
10 ft frontage: $775 + 6.5% tax + $100 cleanup deposit
14 ft frontage: $1,130 + 6.5% tax + $100 cleanup deposit
20 ft frontage: $1,400 + 6.5% tax + $100 cleanup deposit
30 ft frontage: $2,325 + 6.5% tax + $100 cleanup deposit
Insurance Requirements
Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additional insured:
ArtFest Fort Myers, Inc., its representatives and the City of Fort Myers additional insured for ArtFest Fort Myers February 5, February 6 & 7, 2027 to be held in the downtown Fort Myers city streets.
General Liability and Product Liability coverage are required with limits of no less than $1,000,000.
Permits, Taxes & Compliance
ArtFest Fort Myers will obtain required City of Fort Myers permits on behalf of food vendors and have them available on-site for inspections.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Department of Health, fire safety, and sales tax requirements. Vendors are also responsible for collecting and remitting Florida sales tax at 6.5%.
