You're staying in the center of the art festival. Most artists will be able to see their booth from their hotel room or outdoor bar areas.
Hotel parking garage is "in" the hotel. If your van is 7ft 8in tall or less, you can park in the garage. Secure, protected from the elements, and easy access during the art festival.
Shuttle service for artists with over-height vehicles to and from the artist parking lot on Monroe St. just south of Dr. MLK Blvd. Or it is a 4-5 block walk.
